Sometimes this cut is called a 'Tomahawk', however we have cut the extension of the bone off prior to packing so the bone on this cut is shorter than a Tomahawk.
Can cook all at once on your BBQ OR it can be cut in to individual steaks of approximately 5 steaks. Each steak would finish up being around 1kg in size.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for approx 14 days, and after open around 2-4 days.
Once opened and sliced you can freeze these items however we recommend for the best quality and taste to eat it when it is at its chilled state.
