This is a 2kg vacuum packed piece of Chilled Tenderloin which can be sliced in to approximately 12 steaks or diced.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for approx 1-2 weeks.
If you open the original packaging or receive this piece portioned then it can only be kept in the fridge for approx 2-4 days and is then safe to be frozen if needed.
