This is our Burger Mince which means the fat content is between 20-30% and is made fresh from 100% grass fed beef product and frozen immediately to provide a longer shelf life.
This is 4 x 500gm packs have been frozen immediately after production and need to remain frozen until you are ready to eat it. After you thaw the meat you can keep it refrigerated for approx. 1-2 days.
You will be able to keep these packs in the freezer for approx. 6 months.
