Naturally farmed, grass fed, from the far south eastern corner of Australia.
This is a great pack that can be used for a number of different meals. It's easy and fast to cook and all the family will love it. The total weight is approx 1kg and the meat is made up of boneless leg of lamb and lamb chump (lamb rump).
This pack has not been previously frozen. The lamb will be OK in the fridge for approx 2-4 days and is then safe to be frozen if needed.
We recommend for the best quality and taste to eat it when it is at its chilled state.
