Naturally farmed, grass fed, Black Angus Beef from the far south eastern corner of Australia.
This style of beef has been dry aged the traditional way, on the bone and it is flown in chilled overnight and aged a minimum of 21 days.
This item has been cut in to steak of approx. 500gms each and is Chilled.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for approx 3-5 days.
Aged Beef is aged in a temperature controlled dry ageing unit, the 'old fashioned way on the bone. All of the bone marrow flavours infuse the taste of the meat, It can have a sweet and more intense flavour than standard beef and a tender feel. We recommend cooking this product on the BBQ or Grill plate.
