All our Dry Aged Beef is naturally farmed Black Angus Beef from the far south eastern corner of Australia.
This style of beef has been dry aged the traditional way which is on the bone and it is flown in chilled overnight and aged a minimum of 21 days.
It has a nutty flavor to it and a unique smell unlike a wet aged product. For more information about the aging process please contact us.
Aged Beef is typically more flavorsome than standard beef and has a more tender feel.
